I've had a positive experience with Nager Management. Max expecially is professional, responsive, and always respectful. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the property was well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, it's been a smooth and pleasant rental experience.

I rented a small office space from SR Nager Management for almost a year and had a very positive experience. Max was consistently kind, fair, and responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something addressed, he responded quickly and handled it with care. Communication was always easy, and I felt well-supported throughout my time there. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again or to recommend his spaces to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful landlord.

If I can give a zero star I would. There is a flood in my mother in laws apartment. She contacted her landlord and he told her to stop calling him. She contacted 311 and they sent over the fire department and they stated there is pipe that burst in the wall and there is nothing they can do. We contacted the maintenance department of her building and selected the option of it’s an emergency outside of business hours select this option. We ended up speaking to someone who stated they don’t see her account and her name or number can’t be located to create a work order. Mind you , she has been liv…
