This management company is terrible and they don't care for condo owners at all. They side with the board members and hear no one else's side. What I thought would be a good experience quickly turned bad when I followed all the rules and regulations, and because the board member had a disagreement with me, she decided to have violations imposed on me. No matter all the proof I had this management company did not listen and continued to charge me the violation anyway. They then started to ignore my emails and calls. The bills go in and I get my check promptly

They took over a lease I had on an apartment rental. I had made an agreement with the previous management that I could deduct a heater repair that I had paid for from next month's rent, as well as deducting wire transfer fees from the rent payment since they didn't provide an option to pay without a fee. After leaving the unit, they claimed that I owed them the money for the wire transfer fees and the heating repair, since according to them I had made the agreement with the previous management and not them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS All of these reviews for this company have to be FAKE. This has to be the WORST property management company in NYC. However appealing the low rent may be, at the end of the day IT IS NOT WORTH IT! 2 years in one of their buildings was more than enough and I still haven't received my security deposit 3 months later (even though the Super and building ownership assured I would get it). THEY EVEN SENT ME A CHECK THAT BOUNCED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
