Jaime has been excellent!!! Even without signing an official contract he’s helped our family with a property we inherited. He’s professional, knowledgeable and is a man of his word. I highly recommend working with him.

He’s very attentive to maintenance issues and quick to follow through, which makes a real difference day to day. He’s also personable and easy to communicate with. I’ve worked with various management companies and this is the worst. Never followed up with our tax filing, and we only found out after we switched management company that he never followed through with the accountant for years. The transferring of management company was extremely unprofessional. They never close our building account for collecting maintenance fees and allowing it to continue auto debit from each owner’s bank. Each action we requested took days if not weeks to get a reply. I know owners and boards usually have to stay on top of management companies but this is beyond unbelieva…
