I had a great experience working with Stamatios while securing my new apartment! From the beginning, communication was incredibly easy—he was always responsive through both text and email, which made the entire process much less stressful. He was also very accommodating when it came to scheduling viewings, even arranging last-minute times so I could see the apartment when it worked with my schedule. The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing. Stamatios was a great person to deal with. He showed me and my cousin an apartment and within hours the application was process and approved. The next day the lease was signed. Not even 24 hours and we already had the keys to the apartment. Amazing communication skills. Timely response to text and calls. Extremely nice and thoughtful.
