We have a 9 unit Condo building, and we were foundering with our prior Property Manager. When we switched to ORA, it was just night and day in terms of organization, accessibility, and overall competence. They are excellent top to bottom.

Brandon and the entire Ora team couldn't be more on top of things or helpful. When they stepped in as our property managers our experience with maintenance and issues completely changed. It is super refreshing to have them in our corner, and we have nothing but trust and respect for this company and team!

We had the same tenant for quite a while, so things were relatively quiet and hiring a property manager never seemed necessary. However, once a few maintenance issues started coming up, we found ourselves spending much more time than expected communicating with the tenant, scheduling vendors, and coordinating with the building.
