do not rent with these people. they are scammers and have not returned my deposit despite multiple emails and calls

This management company is the worst! They don't provide an adequate amount of heat in the winter. There is a serious vermin problem. I have to place glue traps outside of my apt door. I took them to Housing Court for the most minor repairs & they still chose to ignore the court ordered stipulation. The Supt is abusive. I've been acosted by him on multiple occasions because I complained of loud music coming from parties he held in the basement. They play him the messages I leave & he confronts me. I've been assaulted physically & verbally by him. I had to contact an atty & he still hasn't left…
