New York is famous for terrible landlords, but Parkview Management is on a different level. Our unit did not have gas or heat for three months after moving in. The house was in a state of disrepair. The roof leaked when it rained, there were mice in the walls, water damage in the ceilings, and all sorts of general neglect. Requests for maintenance were either ignored or met with rude, hostile responses. The staff act deranged, and of course after this whole ordeal they tried to steal part of our security deposit. Stay as far away as possible from these angry, hateful, and greedy people.

Firstly, all the positive reviews are from bots or actual Parkview employees. I love that they have time to post fake reviews but take weeks to reply to maintenance requests. It blows my mind how badly a company can be run. Next time, I will pick homelessness over renting with this company. Rachel is one of the most incompetent humans I might have ever met. Issues took months to resolve. We had to deal with severe water leaks, no heat through parts of the winter, flooding in the basement due to bursting water pipes, no cooking gas on move in, pests and more. The maintenance team at Parkview was a pleasure to work with! I lived in a Parkview apartment for two years. Every time I contacted maintenance, they were responsive to any questions or concerns. The super was friendly and worked quickly.

I lived at one of their properties for a few years. Rachel was always very responsive and helpful!

The management is generally responsive and kind. The building is very well-maintained and clean. I lover staying in my apt.
