Chris at Pristine was exceptionally professional and took into consideration my unique circumstances as an international arrival to the US seeking to rent for the first time in the US/NYC market. He was only a text message away and kept me up to date with the entire process as well as to answer any questions I had before and after I acquired my lease. Thanks to the whole team behind the scene too! Superb, would recommend.
Chris was super professional and beyond helpful! Coming from out of state movers, he is very patient.
This is the 2nd time we have used Pristine and 2nd time we have used Chris. He is beyond professional, quick, and knew exactly what we would like to see. Cannot recommend enough.
Rat infested. No response from this management company. This is now a health issue. I’m unsure how they could have such little concern and how they can sleep at night knowing the people living in the property THEY decided to own are unable to live in a rat free and healthy environment. The name “Pristine” is not an appropriate name for this management company.
They are unprofessional, hire unprofessional companies to do repairs and think its their right to do so.
Great help finding me an apartment within their properties portfolio and the lease process was smooth and all questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend.

Pristine Property Solutions is an exemplary property management company. After living in NYC, in 4 different apartments, they were leaps and bounds ahead of the other companies I dealt with. Their team is responsive, flexible when situations arise and above all, very kind! If you’re looking for a new apartment, look no further than Pristine!
Was a tenant of their property a 28-25 34th Street. The supers abuse their children and animals and eachother in the basement. It is clearly audible through the floor. I reported this multiple times to the police AND the property management company. The management company informed me they were “aware they were difficult.” No follow up. I moved out after the police failed to take care of it. I then had to forward the property management company a legal letter when they failed to return my deposit on time. Do not recommend.
