George, our building manager, has been very responsive and thorough, and has even offered proactive solutions which we love. The owner, David, has also been impressively hands-on when needed. I recently moved into a building managed by ProRealty. I've mostly been working with George Sablayan on everything, from arranging for my contractors to come in to do some renovation, to arranging for my movers to do the move, to doing a short water shut off so that plumbers could do some work, to answering mundane questions like HOA payments and plumber referrals. The team there, and especially George, have been very responsive and supportive in helping me navigate through all this, especially as a first time condo owner in NYC. Been a joy to work with them and him.

James Khalid at Pro Realty is outstanding! He manages our large building with efficiency and professionalism. After bad experiences with previous management companies, we truly wish we had him sooner. He’s excellent at handling residents’ concerns and providing top-notch service. Highly recommend!

After decades of mis-management in our Condos - ProRealty came as a savior. They do not have any hidden fees or charges which is common across other property management companies. They have a great team of hardworking professionals and they genuinely want to do a good job and build a name for themselves. We are glad we made the switch. ProRealty has been a fantastic management company for our building. They're professional, approachable, and always quick to respond. During a recent compliance issue, they handled everything efficiently, coordinating with contractors and using their expertise to bring the building into compliance. It’s reassuring to have a proactive team you can trust managing the property.

Ann Santos and the ProRealty team really helped us out in an urgent situation with an active issue in our building. Ann was responsive and helpful in urgently resolving the issue.

Professional and reliable. We had a previous issue that was never taken care of with our past management company. When Pro Realty took over as the property management they took care of the issue promptly. They have also set us up with a really good superintendent. So far so good, happy with the service.

Totally unresponsive to problems- this has happened multiple times. We're actively looking for new management because this team can take days to acknowledge issues that are urgent where the entire building is reaching out and even then it's only because you pester them. If you want responsive management, look elsewhere. Feel free to DM me with questions. Happy to change this review if they decide to respond to our problems but right now we're paying $4k a month to be ignored. We have tickets open from literally a month ago. Huge shoutout to Jay from Pro Realty for the incredible improvements at 40 Fayette Street. He is approachable, highly professional, and deeply dedicated to the building and its residents. One of the best things about Jay is his reliability, you only have to mention an issue once and he handles it immediately. We need more managers like him!

I want to take a moment to extol the work of John Tolosa. John has been impressively responsive when it has come to the needs of our building. Last week I reached out to him about an issue regarding bringing a pet into our building. He was expeditious, recognizing the time sensitive nature of the request. One thing I really value in a management company is timeliness of communication. John has this in spades. Keep up the good work! We are fortunate to have you on our side.

Pro Realty USA is a great property management company. They always respond very quickly and address the problems.

The property management team was excellent in handling a recent pest issue. They promptly arranged for emergency pest control after we began noticing rats, and the service quickly identified the nest and implemented a plan to resolve the problem. Dianne provided outstanding support throughout the process, coordinating with the CEO, David Berk, to ensure everything was handled efficiently and effectively. I appreciate their professionalism and swift response in addressing the situation.

Receptive apartment management company. Helps with repairs in a prompt fashion. Would recommend.
