I have lived at 220 e58th st for 8 years. We had several agents before Quantum Management and none of them compares to incredible job Quantum has done. They changed the way the building looks (much for the better). They also made several improvements to the financials of the building. I would highly recommend them.

Stacy, who works with him is also very helpful and provides assistance where needed. They are available 24/7 as needed. If I could give zero stars, I would. This management company is absolutely terrible. There’s one person named Joe who is shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. When you call to ask questions—especially about documents that are confusing—he responds with an attitude like, “It’s all written there, what don’t you understand?” That’s not how you treat people. I’ve never reviewed any property manager before but felt the need to review Quantum. I’ve never lived in a building with a property management company I liked, but the attention to detail and quickness to act/resolve any issues in my apartment from quantum grants an applause. Thank you Quantum!
