Previously tenant in Brooklyn location; loved living in this building. Team was super responsive. Even after I left and needed documentation for next tenant in another state, were great at providing all information I needed. cannot recommend more!

I loved the unit, the building is well maintained and I have seen cleaning in the building on a consistent basis. Management has been quick and responsive whenever small maintenance issues arose.

We have lived in a building managed by Ranco for a year, 495 Saint Johns, and it has been an amazing experience. We love our unit, the building is well maintained and I see people cleaning the hallways every week. Our management has been quick and responsive whenever we have had small maintenance issues and when we needed to add one extra month to our lease, management was very kind and allowed us to do so. Also the area is beautiful and the roof has amazing views! Highly recommend living here.

We are currently living in a Ranco managed apartment and are very happy with it. This also includes renting of a parking space. Management is very responsive to any issues which may arise. The building is pretty quiet and sounds from apartment to apartment are minimal. The super and custodian are very responsible. The building is kept clean and maintained very well. The Roof area for lounging is very nice and kept clean. The outside area, including the garage space is kept clean. I would recommend Ranco Management to others.

Best landlords I’ve had in my life! The team is responsive, flexible, and caring. Building is always clean and we adore the custodial & maintenance teams. Dog friendly. The rooftop is gorgeous and boasts the best view in the city. We love living here!

The Deermar was the first place my wife and I lived in after we moved from Brazil to NYC, and we couldn't be more grateful for the amazing experience we had there. The building is gorgeous, management has always been responsive, and the whole staff is above and beyond. The location is great, the subway is right across the street, and you get to enjoy all that Park Slope has to offer! I rented from Ranco Management from 2022-2024. I loved the apartment I lived in and was sad to leave it. Through the course of my stay they were always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions I had. Their team diligently monitors their email and consistently responds in a timely fashion. Great management company. Responded to all reported issues in a matter of hours. Kept up the high standards for 5 years I was a tenant in one of the buildings they managed.

We have lived at The Deermar since it opened. The Deermar is an outstanding residence building. It is beautifully designed and excellently and efficiently maintained. The roof is especially a wonderful amenity with amazing views, lovely landscaping and comfortable seating and arrangements.

Had an amazing time living at 2039 Ocean Ave, Brooklyn NY. Super responsive landlords and management, and beautiful new property. The views of the NY skyline from the roof are unbeatable. Not to mention, Ranco management is super considerate to accommodate special needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend renting with them. We had an excellent experience with Ranco Management as tenants at the Deermar at 262 9th Street. David and Melanie were always actively involved and responsive to any of our requests. The building itself was an excellent rental apartment. The roof deck was fabulous with amazing city and Statue of Liberty views and was fun place to hang out and use the rooftop grill.
