Mark does a good job in taking nice pictures of the house. He also edits them to make it professional looking to post it on listing sites. He uses several listing sites which help get more people interested in renting out your place. He communicates with us through calls and emails. There is a website that he uses to show the expenses. He can improve more in showing his cost and the difference of higher in a professional to fix stuff the breaks for the house. Sometimes the cost of fix, materials, his cost to come out is not clear.

Mark has been a fantastic liaison between us and the owner of our apartment. As always happens in new places, my girlfriend and I experienced a few issues in the week or two after moving in, and Mark was professional, responsive, and courteous about rectifying each situation.

We are writing this as tenants where Mark was the realtor on the landlords side and is now the managing agent. I proactively asked Mark could I write him a review because he is exceptional. He is honest, knowledgeable and his attention to detail is unparalleled. We worked with a number of realtors and his professionalism is just unmatched. We were relocating from Europe and he was able to pick up the nuances of those that are relocating which we found that many realtors just were not accustomed to. If you are looking to hire a realtor from any side, I could not recommend him enough.
