This is my first time renting from RPM! I most say staff is Friendly easy to talk too!! Most importantly they will work with you if you’re having issues!! Last but not least they will come right away if your have any issues with your apartment!! They always have a Good line of Communication as well!!

Had the best experience, Sarah was so helpful and kind. I called her several times and she was so promptv in answering my questions. The process was easy - application done via email. If I missed something I was notified. I was able to pay via their portal. Sarah enabled me to complete process in only a few days and rent the appartment,

I do not recommend renting with this company, they do not do an annual inspection, the conditions are not healthy, I am pregnant and my doctor sent a letter asking me to leave the place, I am a single mother, I gave RPM 90 days to find a new tenant since my pregnancy was not going well due to the terrible conditions in which they keep the building and RPM STOLE MY DEPOSIT.
