Dan and his team at RPM have been managing our properties for a few years now, and we couldn't be happier! RPM takes the hard parts of property ownership out of the equation, handling all of the day-to-day detail of operating the buildings. They have shown time and again that they really care about our interests as owners when dealing with challenging tenants, emergency repairs, leasing, etc. Not sure how we could do it without them!

I've rented 5 different commercial spaces in my life, and nothing even came close to the horrid experience I had with RPM. First of all, the building I was in (219 Westchester Ave, Port Chester NY) was severely neglected. Things would break every other week, the elevator was a deathtrap, the heat only worked when it felt like it, the intercom was barely functional, and the list goes on & on. One time one of my neighbors' clients got trapped in the elevator for 30 minutes. She was screaming & panicking & everything. Super crazy situation. We were looking for a rental and reached out to Simone at RPM who was very accommodating. She made time to show us the rental quickly and was prompt in sending us over the paper work. It was an extremely quick and smooth process over all. Simone addressed all of our concerns/small touch ups needed in the rental and we love the space. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Rented from RPM for several years. We had a very good experience. Maintenance was pretty quick, the payment portal worked well, and the move-in/move-out process was easy and understandable. Without a doubt, the best part of renting through RPM has been working with Simone! Whenever we had a problem she was extremely communicative, and is a credit to the organization.

We found an amazing apartment rental with the help of Simone. She was so kind, very responsive, and it was one of the easiest processes start to finish that we’ve ever had. When we did our initial walk-through, she noted some broken blinds and lightbulbs that had gone out and everything was fixed and replaced before we moved in. Very grateful to be working with RPM (the whole office has been lovely) and with Simone as our property manager.

They rented my family a severely neglected, uncared for house , and expect us to live in a construction zone and a nonstop state of repairs, while paying exorbitant rent. Frank Norwood has proven himself to be: 1) Dishonest: Prior to move in, Frank emailed me confirming that all windows and doors were in proper working order. (This was required in order to sign the lease). On my date of move-in, the front door lock did not work. My experience with Simone and Real Property Management was absolutely a breeze. During a stressful search for an apartment it was so nice to deal with Simone who was responsive, efficient, friendly and so pleasant to deal with. The entire process from the first showing of my apartment to the financial transactions to getting the keys was so smooth. As a renter it is refreshing to deal with a management company that is so professional. I look forward to continuing a relationship with RPM for years to come.

Daniel / owner is the worse manager there, this company keep increasing prices on rent . Every year but won’t fix anything in the houses and make new rules every contract yearly . Such crooks taking advantage of hard working people , easy to move to other places but rentals are scare now . Taking advantage of high demands . Facing increases of a hundred dollars every year who else have seen this ? . Crooks , you never let people have contracts more than a year .
