Love RR NYC! They really care about their tenants and have always been there to answer the phone and help out when needed. Couldn’t recommend more.

If I could give zero I would. I have never even been inclined to leave a bad review of any business. The only reason I am taking the time, is to hopefully deter anyone from leasing a house or working with this group. They will not attend to your very basic asks. They will abruptly tell you that though you have been a perfect tenant, they are terminating your lease. They will take your money at security deposit time. DO NOT put yourself through this.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This is the WORSE management company! They have no low when it comes to fabrication in their efforts to steal your deposit when you try to leave. They are nice when they get your money, as soon as you try to leave you will see the true devil in them! It is truly sickening. They will classify usual wear and tear as damages in order to keep your deposit. They are truly despicable. Stay away from these people!

The property was always clean, well-maintained, and felt like home. Charles was amazing to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his tenants. Highly recommend working with him and his team. You won’t be disappointed!

The building is well-maintained, and it’s clear Redstone cares about their tenants’ experience. Highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a place in the city!

I’ve been a tenant with Redstone Realty for some time now, and I can confidently say they are one of the best management companies I’ve dealt with. They're responsive, professional, and truly care about their tenants. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, and their team is always respectful and easy to communicate with. It’s rare to find a management company that combines professionalism with a personal touch, but Redstone really gets it right. Highly recommend!

I have never been more relieved to sever ties with individuals so fundamentally unethical and unprofessional. Dealing with this company was a masterclass in manipulation, mismanagement, and complete disregard for tenant rights. The landlords conduct themselves with the audacity of con artists—offering false promises, ignoring reasonable concerns, and weaponizing incompetence as a business model. Professionalism? UPDATE: My son and roommates moved into a Redstone Property last Sunday. I say "moved in" but they have not been able to move in yet due to the condition of the property. Dead bugs were found, indicating some remediation had been made (maybe a bug bomb?) and no one ever came to clean up the remains (gross) before June 1. Other maintenance requests have since been followed up on thankfully, but no apology for the state they received the apartment in and no offer to take a week off the rent for the inhabitability of the apartment for one week. Amazing Experience with Charles at redstone realty. I’ve rented with them for over a year, and it’s been nothing but smooth. The team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about tenants. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly, and the process was always hassle-free. They go above and beyond to keep the building well-maintained and ensure residents are happy. I lived in a Redstone property for one year, and the company only did the bare minimum. The lobby lights were always broken and the maintenance requests took so long to be fulfilled we ended up doing most of the smaller things ourselves. When moving out, we spackled and cleaned but were told it wasn’t enough and had to pay $500+ for them to repaint the apartment, which should be done anyway between tenants. We had so much trouble getting our security deposit back.

Redstone is the only management company I would choose if I ever live in NYC again. Me and my partner lived at one of their buildings, the property was always kept clean and in best condition possible. The office and employees are always there to help, they responded to any request or help needed promptly. They understand the tenants needs unlike any other companies I have dealt with.

They keep deleting my review but beware when renting from them or choosing them to manage your property. Using illegal practices to intimidate me into paying money I don't owe, harassing me even after I moved out even though I have proof I don't owe them anything. Tried to keep my rent overpayment & claiming they never recieved checks that I have proof were cashed by Charles. BEWARE!!!

I have been a tenant of Redstone for 4 years now, I have nothing but positive things to say about them! Prompt, reliable and very communicative.

Lived in my apartment under Redstone for 2 years and it was actually a good experience as they were reasonable and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. The super was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with and they were also very reasonable during my lease renewal which is rare in NYC. Charles is easy to talk to and I would actually seek to be a tenant with them again in the future.

Major security issues in our building were never addressed, service tickets were closed without any communication, apartment's bed bug infestation was not reported to HPD, and most baffling of all, our apartment was posted to Street Easy for rent starting may 1st despite the fact that our lease went until may 31st. After being forced to pay May's rent despite the fact that we vacated for a May 1st move in, the locks to our apartment were changed before May 20th and management emailed us on 5/22 to ask if we can recommend an internet provider to the tenants who are now living in the unit. Like other reviewers have said, Redstone Realty is not good about returning security deposits.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! My partner and I lived at one of their properties for three years. We were great tenants who paid our rent on time and never caused issues. When we moved out, their handyman spackled the walls from normal wear and tear and painted - while we were still living there and actively packing up to move. New York City law requires landlords to paint after every three years and cover the cost themselves. When we asked for our security deposit, they claimed that this work was our responsibility and withheld about 2/3 of our entire deposit - almost $2000 for normal wear and tear which…
