Reliance has been helpful and prompt on every occasion regarding scheduling appliance deliveries, assistance with a recent bathroom renovation, and overall management of our Condo Association here in Jersey City.

I am absolutely appalled by the sheer lack of professionalism and management here. I reserved the loading dock and elevator weeks in advance and received explicit confirmation from Renz. However, just ONE day before my moving day, Renz informed me that my slot had been given away to someone else. This is completely unacceptable and caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress and logistical chaos. Utterly irresponsible—avoid dealing with them if you expect basic reliability!

Completely unresponsive. We had had water damage in the property for over 7 months that is fault of the building management group that has gone completely unresolved. They committed to fixing, and have made no effort to fix, and provided no timeline of when they will fix water damage. This puts health of residents in the building at risk.

This company is a nightmare to deal with. I've lived on Bergen Ridge Road for over 25 years (since July 2000) and have watched it fall into extreme disrepair because Reliance Property Management Group refuse to do basic tree maintenance. If it was just that the trees were wildly overgrown that would be bad enough, but my car has been destroyed by tree sap. I've had to get the headlights replaced and body of the car looks like it's been riddled with bullets. I have been calling them for over 2 months now to do something and they refuse.
