Ridgetop makes living at the East Hill apartments a very pleasant experience. They respond to repair requests in a very timely manner and the repairs are always done professionally and are well done. The apartment complex outdoor spaces are beautifully landscaped and are well maintained. Interior public spaces are kept in excellent condition. This year the public space in my building has been updated with a new stair railing, stair carpeting and new lighting.

I’ve lived here for over a year and absolutely love it! The management team is consistently professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we’ve needed assistance, they’ve handled it promptly and efficiently. I’m very happy to call this place home!

Ridgetop Corporation is my new home. New, modern and reasonably priced. So happy I found this neighborhood.

Unfair and bad management company. Do not rent from them!

Ridgetop Corporation has been very professional and efficient in the way they handle business. I’ve recently moved to one the apartment complexes they manage and have experienced the best customer service displayed in property management. The timeliness in which they handle any requests to the way they work with the apartment supervisor has made for a comfortable, safe residence to live in!

I’ve lived at the Cornerstone property for the past 5 years - first 3 in a studio then I moved to a renovated 1 bedroom across the hall for the next 2. I moved out of state otherwise I would still be there. The building and grounds are kept up beautifully and the staff is very helpful in the office and maintenance was always handled quickly and efficiently - if you are looking for a low rise in a nice neighborhood- walkable to Target and the always great B&W bakery - move here.

I have been renting apartments for many years, and Ridgetop is probably the best property management company I have rented from. Maia and Nicole have been helpful and kind the entire time I have been a resident, and I cannot recommend them enough!

How come there is no half star available??? I've been living in Legion Manor for 7 years and it became terrible. When the onsite manager Dorothy was here couple years back, the management was great. She likes to keep the apartment clean and all the issues I addressed, she would fix it right away. I don't know if if's under different management now, but the entire management system is worse than ever!! I don't even know if the real person actually works in the office. The Legion Manor recently completely renovation. This finish product came out. However, the renovation project took 6 months which should of been completed in half the time . Whoever was the project manager did horrible job with project completion in a reasonable time.

THE PARKVIEW@ POLIFLY ROAD PLEASE READ! My current unit is very nice but there are various issues with the apartment itself. 1.Packages are stolen here. They keep the front door open throughout the entire day although they have an password based door system. I have had packages taken recently and the manager explained that they can't pull the cameras and I would need a police report to get the cameras pulled. (Rented in Cambridge Manor in Hackensack) Please read the reviews before deciding to go with Ridgetop! Even one-star is generous. This management is money-hungry and they will keep as much of your deposit as possible based on made-up evidence. They take advantage of their residents to benefit themselves and do not care for the their residents. You will have to take legal action to get your full deposit back (read the reviews, it’s not all that uncommon). This review is for Hickory Manor in Bergenfield, NJ owned by Ridgetop Corp LLC. The landlord and its agents refuse to send out an certified electrician to our apartment nor make repairs to the electrical unit which constantly goes out hundreds of times daily. Furthermore, the landlord and its agents have told my significant other and I that they will not be sending out an electrician to correct an issue in which we placed a maintenance request over 30 days ago, to not call the office anymore, and has even disconnected several phone calls while in the midst of conversation. Nicole Tice attempted to keep my deposit on behalf of Cambridge Manor Associates, -a Ridgetop corporation-. I got double my deposit. I also accidentally left 4 items (pans and pots) in the cabinets, they charged me $50 from my deposit, which the judge thought was too high. Renting from them was a nightmare. I thought the reviews were wrong until I rented from them. Some people working here seem to go on power trips. This company is very litigious. Be extremely careful when renting from them. "Courtyard at Clifton" which is run by Ridgetop is a joke. If they need to enter your apartment they give you one day's notice if you're lucky, and a several day time frame for when they'll be entering your apartment so that there is no way you can take off from work to be there. Super shady. They stated that they are entering my apartment because it was "randomly selected for lead paint". You're renovating all these apartments in the complex, why don't you check THOSE apartments before renovating them instead of inconveniencing your tenants? The team is really great onsite and off. Everyone is very hands-on and I feel safe knowing they pay attention to what is happening. So often you move in to a place that is very attentive until you move in. Once you're in, they ignore you. Not Ridgetop. They are there for you no matter what. It really does feel like home.
