We rented our condo for over 2 years and hired them as our property management company. We live out of state and never had a concern about our unit. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a management company!

I’ve had a great experience working with Robert C Write Property Management for the past few years. Huge shoutout to my guy Vince. His ability to communicate clearly, stay proactive, and actually execute sets him apart. He's been incredibly helpful in stabilizing a property with difficult tenants, and overseeing substantial improvement work along the way. Highly recommend.

These guys are professionals and go above and beyond! We left for a short term assignment and didn’t want to leave our house empty. From insurance to finding tenants to dealing with any unforeseen issue, they put our minds at ease, and are a pleasure to deal with.

Property owner here. This is my first experience with a property management company from the landlord side. Lance and the team have been good with communication and addressing issues that have come up (repairs, late rent, etc). They found us a tenant who is taking good care of the property. The tenant also renewed for a 3rd year. I'm happy with our decision to go with RCW.

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Worst communication I’ve ever experienced. They will not do anything they say. They’ll over list your house and then keep having you drop the price down as your house sits and you lose money

I was a bit lost choosing the right Property Management company. I usually like to get recommendations from word of mouth, but with this matter I had to do my own research. This company is easy to work with and guides you along the way. Melissa was very personable and persistent from the first day I met her. She explained the process well. All the team members work good together and have been very helpful. If you are new to the world of property management I would definitely recommend this company.

This was the worst so called Maintenance company. They missed every mark and obligation. If you our not a local landlord or property owner be aware they have been caught and shown numerous times about work orders and repairs being approved with no review, vetting or Supervision. This company is a liability to property owners.

Robert C. White & Company Residential Property Management has been quite challenging to work with. Most recently, I submitted a Meld request regarding ants in my house. They gave the vendor the wrong address (wrong town), which led to the vendor driving an additional 45-60 minutes. Many times they (RCWhite& Co.) do not "accept" my Meld Requests. For example, my storm door is broken (the handle no longer works, so the door does not close securely). However, they deem that it doesn't make economic sense for them to come out to fix the door (despite it being a safety concern). Multiple times…

White team generally but more specifically with my property manager Lance Camby, who has been very helpful, professional and responsive with any questions or issues that have popped up. His colleague Jonathan was especially helpful in coordinating a few repairs that needed to be completed. Robert C White did an excellent job of watching over my house while I was living elsewhere. Their inspections were thorough and very professionally done. I have used Robert C White to manage one of my rental properties as I have moved out of state and am no longer able to self-manage. I tried to do a lot of research and comparisons of different management companies in my area and I am pleased to have chosen them. I am a resident at a property that is managed by this company, and all of the tenants in our building have had a terrible time ever since this company took over... This past Sunday (1/25/26) was a major snow storm where we got over 18 inches of snow. Ever since this company has taken over where I live we have had terrible communication, MAJOR issues with snow removal, including this past weeks snow storm where we got 18 INCHES OF SNOW on Sunday and it is now FRIDAY AFTERNOON, AND STILL NO SNOW REMOVAL!!! We rented an entire house and the workers are totally disrespectful and disorganized. I want to acknowledge the professionalism that Lance and Robert C White and Co showed in a potentially contentious situation. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom and when the contractors came discovered mold. We are raising a newborn in the house and this was a red flag for us. This could have devolved into a really difficult situation but Lance worked with us to set up a mold test and held off on closing up the hole. Luckily the mold was not dense nor toxic. I deal with Robert c White and company for the home I rent over the last year. The house has had many issues within a year of living in it. Between roof leaking in my 3 year old child’s room to multiple pluming issues that have practically flooded my basement with human waist. As a new tenant of a Robert C. White property, I put in 2 maintenance requests that needed attention. I was answered promptly about my requests, flexible times were offered to accommodate my schedule, and the contact info of the repair technician was provided to me as soon as assigned. The garbage disposal leak was repaired and the shower caulking was redone- both internal and external (I only requested internal, that was a great extra!) I’m extremely pleased with the whole procedure for repairs and with my property. 5 STARS!!
