We had the pleasure of living at 996 Carroll Street for over three years. Rogers Management was very attentive to all service requests, always making sure to send the right specialist to fix the issue and on time. The owner, Joseph, is also a pleasure to deal with and he worked with us for a specific issue we had in our unit on moving in, which we really appreciated. If you are respectful, quiet and professional, a Rogers Management building is for you!

I had the pleasure of residing there for a full year(1193 Nostrand ave ), during which I was always respectful, responsible, and committed to being a good tenant. Although I am saddened to leave, I do so with deep appreciation. My time there was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I am genuinely grateful for the support and professionalism shown to me throughout my stay. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Sarah and the entire rogers Management team for everything you have done. Your assistance, communication, and dedication made my living experience exceptional.

219 Lenox was a terrible experience for me. Packages constantly stolen, front door being broken regularly, roach INFESTATION. I mean like the exterminator came 7 times and there still we’re issues down to my move out day. It took about 3 months for my toilet seat to get fixed. Management is not responsive or helpful. And they tried to not give me my full security deposit back for leaving roach bait that the exterminator placed. They are so unorganized I was getting charged for apartments I didn’t even live in and am still getting text messages from realtors asking them to show the unit. On top…

This is probably the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I have dealt with in my 10 years in NY. For starters, the apartment was not ready for brand new tenants that just signed on to a lease - but according to the manager, Isaac Fisher, they had prepared the apt in general. The apartment was dirty; with spider webs; fridge has no shelves; with a lot of fixing needed, including a doorknob that is broken and loosen. Not even a fresh coat of paint! It was a good two years of stay, a lot of memories. Great rooftop for parties and entertainment. Amazing amenities, very helpful super.

Friendly, fast, and modern management company. Rogers Management is generally a very attentive and reasonable management company to deal with. Toby has been of great assistance in communicating with the landlord during lease renewals or general concerns. Their online payment and ticket system is also far easier than most NYC "send a paper check in the mail" landlords.

I had a great two years living in this modern, luxurious building (219 Lenox) and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Flatbush. In recent months, Roger’s Management has made significant changes, including completely removing the doormen in the building , and they did so without any prior notice or communication with the residents. This lack of transparency has been frustrating, and what’s worse, they are no longer responding to any of our messages or inquiries. The overall maintenance of the building has deteriorated as well—there seems to be little to no attention paid to the common areas. Most plants on the rooftop have died. This building completely removed the doorman service without notifying any of the tenants, despite the high rent prices. One of the tenants posted a notice near the elevator about this issue, but it was suspiciously removed the same day, suggesting management may be trying to conceal the problem. I personally reached out to management via email to address the lack of communication and removal of the doorman, but they chose to ignore my message. this is the 2nd time the fire alarm has been going off all day w no one from Rogers answering phone or fixing the issue

The staff at Rogers Management have all been helpful and friendly! We haven't been the easiest tenants to deal with, and they have always been very patient with our needs and creative with their suggestions. Our building manager Chaim has been especially helpful and responsive! Thank you Rogers Management!

I had a great experience with Rogers Management! I lived in 325 Putnam Ave and I loved my apartment during my tenancy. The property manager and team were very responsive whenever I submitted a ticket about an issue and everything got resolved. I also really like the handyman they work with, he’s awesome! I had a great experience, thank you!

Do not rent with these people. Their buildings are falling apart and no one cares. You will have to pay a lot for their junk properties. When you have an issue, good luck hearing from this company. The only time you'll hear from them is when it's lease renewal time. Do yourself a favor and look with another property management company. This one is really scrapping the bottom of the barrell

Super Quick maintenance Responses, Great staff and service!

People are always friendly just make sure you talk to the correct person for the correct thing. Their some younger Hasidic Gentleman that sit in the front. Word of advice, nothing personal. Just don't ask them any questions. I asked them something they gave me the answer. About a week later I was emailing with someone that works there and they gave me a completely different answer. I think they are their just to tally rent anyway because that's what they were doing.

I had a nice experience with Rogers Management, living in Crown Heights for 4 years and would recommend their apartments to anyone who was looking.

No hot water for 3 days. No response from management. Stay far away

there is seriously no better management company than Rogers. they are easy to contact and responsive in a timely manner. Miriam in the office is beyond fantastic! she is the go to girl and will take excellent care of you.

Great rental company! The online service they have for opening tickets is easy to use and if there was ever anything that needed to be fixed they would be on top of it within a day or two which was always appreciated. Also if there were ever any questions or concerns regarding the unit they would always respond by email day of or at least next day. I have had past experiences with other companies where it feels like the management is non-existent but they always felt like a phone call or email away.
