Poor management ever since I moved in I complain about the laundry not working and till this day it is not fixed they even lied saying they fixed it which wasn’t true

For the most part everything is fine. Only issue is the countertop was never fixed before I moved in. Everthying else is by the law. The management team is pleasant and the caretaker is amazing and friendly.

My experience with this management group has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Below are the key issues I have encountered during my time as a tenant: 1. **Unprofessional Management**: The management group operates in an unprofessional manner. They employ sketchy realtors who provide unreliable and often inaccurate listings of available apartments. This has made the rental process confusing and unnecessarily stressful.
