I’ve just finished a 12 year run as COOP Board president in Chelsea NYC and am very happy to leave my highest recommendation . We engaged Sandberg about 10 years ago after an inactive board and very poor management left the company on the verge of insolvency. Absolutely disgusting behavior exhibited by this company. I live in a building managed by Liz from Sandberg and her attitude is abhorrent to say the least. She goes out of her way to lie to tenants, owners and the building board to avoid any sort of work or resolution to issues. When you reach out to her, she is downright rude and condescending. Her lies cause problems between tenants, owners, etc. She'll intentionally misquote people when communicating between different parties and is pretty much unreachable at all times.
