I live at the Juncture Apartment in Alpharetta GA where Sentinel collects rent. It appears the only quaifications needed for employment are mastery of gaslighting and breathing. I listen to this gate opening and closing everyday all day. Leasing has been “investigating” the issue since 9 Jan. 2026. I did not realize I am paying nearly $2200 a month for a sleeping optional apartment. 21 March 2026, Sentinel is still “investigating.”
Sentinel Corp bought the apartment building I lived in and completely dragged it to the gutter. 5 star building turned 1 star within months. We were treated horribly and scammed by the new staff.
Terrible service towards their residents. Lisa Hernandez specifically doesn’t treat their own customers right. Do not move to any properties managed by these people, it’s a nightmare
