Only been with them for a month and already been threatened with eviction im up to date with rent but there money hungry slum lords I recommend nobody sign a lease with these people the will violate every clause of it horrible management.
Horrible slum lords, 24hrs and still no fix for the pipe leaking into the wall. Customer service lacks accountability and they do not care about thier clients. This place needs a class action lawsuit, anyone want to join me?
I live in a Silverstone Property and want to communicate to the public that this management company are the worse. Never able to reach a person when I have a maintenance issue. Right now we are without heat and hot water (not due to my non payment), due to an issue they have dragged their feet in addressing. It’s very frustrating when you pay your rent and bills on time and cannot review professional service on time.
DO NOT RENT FROM SILVERSTONE PROPERTIES!!! THIS COMPANY DOESN'T WANT TO PAY PROFESSIONALS TO COMPLETE WORK!! I had another apartment that flooded on top which caused mold spores to grow through my ceiling 10/26 it's now 11/10 and mold still not removed!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will regret renting anything from them. Do not pay your last month’s rent if you already are renting from them. They will never give you your security deposit back. the absolute worst.
Absolutely horrible management. Ghosting us after we moved out regarding our security deposit when they are legally required to return it after not reaching out with necessary information. Completely unorganized, sent us the wrong lease to sign, impossible to contact. Stay away from any building managed by these people.
Expect to never get a security deposit back, even thought you left the apt in the EXACT condition you started renting it from, they are unprofessional and don’t recommend this management at all wish I could give them 0 stars if it’s not a 1 star, the good reviews are all fake
Don't rent any apartment from this company. It is been a year I haven't got my deposit back. They are not reachable and never response your email or call.
