I've been very satisfied with the local team managing and keeping the lobby and front of my building clean. They response quickly to service request and all ways around to address any problems.

We are the new owners of the deli at 3149 Broadway.The building is always clean.The building staff is always available.Very happy here.

We have been in this location for many years at Elis Wine Bar and Restaurant 1012 Amsterdam avenue . The management of the building has been responsive and helpful to all our needs, they keep the building very clean and they are available when needed and specially Tobias . The super as well has been always helpful when we need it.

We live in a 4 bdrm at 115 W 104 St. The building has a 99% energy efficiency rating, so that by itself shows they put effort into building comfort. The building management is very responsive, but where they really shine is the super, Keli Sahiti. While he's not a live-in super, he's in the building on weekdays and goes above and beyond. During the last winter, we had two big issues with a water leak in one of the bathrooms and frozen heating pipes, so the apartment was very cold. Keli figured out that the heating pipes had frozen and worked tirelessly to fix the issue until all of our radiato…

This is actually the worst leasing company I have ever lived under. Unresponsive staff and honestly dissatisfied living conditions. The elevator breaks down constantly, common areas are either dirty or broken (for example our front door), and i’m fed up. Rent increases even though are housing conditions continue to get worse. Stay away if you can. As I will be avoiding this company at all cost.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and both the super Zanun and the manager Tobias are incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. Overall, a fantastic place to live!

Milot, my super in Harlem, has been very responsive to task requests and completes all the jobs well and with high quality

I have enjoyed living here, management is responsive. (Occasionally you have to follow up a few times). Repairs have been relatively simple and they’ve been accommodating with our needs. Would recommend!

This is the worst management company ever! You have to tell them how to do their job. I have been in my building for 25+ years and it has been sold many times. And out of all the owners they are pathetic. The property manager Tobias Sahl is annoying and don’t know anything. The building is not well kept. Our super at 364 Lincoln was the best. Responsive and understanding. Management was usually responsive, and did what they could with the issues we surfaced to them. We would've appreciated a little more flexibility with the move out date since we were great tenants, and they could've given a little more attention to the common spaces.

I’ve been living under Skylight for 2 years and am a bit disappointed on how management works. I think the supper is great and they do eventually get to some things, but management themselves are late to respond to issues and are hard to track down. Don’t get me started on the laundry room lol.

The Property Manager Tobias Stahl has been of much help to me and my wife concerning our apartment. He always asks about the status of the apartment and makes sure that repairs are done in a timely manner. The outside and inside of the building is always clean and there is always heat and hot water. It has been a pleasure living here for over 30 years.

I have been living at my apartment for nearly 5 months now. Kelli is a fantastic super and always takes care of any problems we have asap. He is very attentive. Recently renovated and rented out to us at a fair price. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you.

I have been a tenant of a Skylight building for the past 4 years and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The building and common spaces are clean and well-kept, and I have found my needs to be addressed quickly and easily. The super, Zanun, is fantastic (a rarity in New York City) and has made himself very available to us, almost always addressing any requests (such as standard maintenance, repairs, etc.) within the same day. As a tenant, the property management and supers for our building are as responsive and helpful as you could ever hope for renting in the city. I can always expect an almost immediate response to any concerns that I reach out with and they are promptly dealt with. Skylight clearly cares more than most about keeping their tenants happy.

I’d like to start off by saying a huge thank you to Tobias for being so prompt and efficient in handling my concerns with the apartment. I’ve been a tenant for over 30 plus years. In dealing with the rent office over the years, he’s been the “BEST”..! He’s a man of his word and takes care of business..!

Happy New Year to all I’m happy to share my thoughts moving forward. The building is better than it’s been in years I know I’ve been a tenant for 53 years. I personally like to thank Tobias for his attentiveness concerning my issues and addressing them.
