Terrible sales management team. Signed a binding contract for the purchase of my property, but called and said they could not honor contract. Was promised on the first of December. Drew and his team let us down! Do not use these con artist.

I love the apartment and the location it is conviennent and very quiet. The other tenants are very nice and are respectful. Because the building is small, It feels like living with an extended family vs with tenants. The apartment has a great breeze and amazing natural light. I couldn’t be happier with living here :)

Hi once again Sterling Property Sol. Is right on the ball my heat wasn't working correctly and they fix that in no time. Then I'd also like then to and some steats because I have several stairs up to my apartment and walk way to my apartment however with it starting getting dark I asked for lights and sure enough the next day I had a fantastic light set installed and I can see everything fantastic!!!
