Superior Managament is akin to the "supreme" brand of clothing in the sense that it is becoming better than the best , improving upon itself everyday. Other landlords May not be inferior, but superior reigns supreme.

We lived in an apartment under Superior Management Inc. for three years in West Village. We had several issues come up while we were living there (typical NYC apartment things: heat needed to be turned off/on, needed a new refrigerator at one point, maintenance to back patio area, etc.) and our issues were always met in a professional and timely manner. I know some NYC landlord experiences can be difficult and I felt like we got lucky with Superior Management! I would definitely rent from them again.

I've had a great experience living in a Superior Management owned apartment for the past 2.5 years. Very friendly and always quick to respond and fix issues, would highly recommend.

Extremely rude employee Zade Djelosovic. I've had multiple negative interactions with this employee over the past year. Zade handles maintenance requests for the unit I rent - despite attempts to contact Superior Management and Zade themselves to try to reach a resolution regarding this repeated rude behavior, I've been met with no response. Zade is extremely accusatory which makes it incredibly difficult to have any maintenance requests fulfilled. On one occasion maintenance came by and 'fixed' an issue, but the issue still persisted.
