As a new owner of a condo, I had an excellent experience speaking to Elle a property manager assistant regarding understanding common charges. From the moment I reached out, the she was incredibly helpful and patient, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout our conversation.

The Andrew organization has managed one of my properties for 3 years. The way they operate is like no other. They are quick and efficient and always there to help. Property managers has made suggestion and implemented things that the previous company never mentioned to me. The Andrew Organization looks our for their clients.

My building on Bond Street uses Donna Ross from Andrews and she is hands-down one of the most incompetent and hostile people I have ever worked with. On the most basic front, she doesn't have the skillset to send a calendar request so our board meetings never start on time (even after repeatedly asking her). I currently have no hot water and she responds at her leisure and with attitude at every interaction. I can't understand anyone would use Andrews for their building.

This property management company is absolutely useless, lazy, and incompetent. Erika was by far the most difficult person to deal with, never responding to emails or phone calls for weeks. Basic issues like fixing the building WiFi, gym AC, or setting up a Peloton would take months on end to resolve, and some were never resolved until the condo board finally got fed up with her and switched management companies. Would never recommend this company to anyone!

We had a terrible experience with their work! Their approach seemed pushy and lacked professionalism. It's gotten to the point where it feels like we’re being forced, and honestly, it feels a bit like discrimination—or perhaps it's just their bossy way of doing their job. Here's my personal experience in speaking and trying to work with this firm... This property management company runs like nobody trained anybody. The entire office feels confused 24/7. Every department is disorganized, nobody communicates properly, and somehow even the simplest tasks become a complete mess. Maintenance requests disappear into thin air, and you have to call five different times just to get an update. An incredibly incompetent and unprofessional group of individuals. My best story about them: during a storm, water started pouring through my ceiling. I called the emergency line — no answer. I called the property manager — she screamed at me and hung up. I ended up walking to REI in 20-degree weather to buy tarps and cover the roof myself. I spent the night emptying trash cans in my living room to stop the water from flooding into my neighbors’ apartments. That’s Andrews in a nutshell — useless in an emergency, hostile when contacted, and completely unfit to manage property in New York City.

Prepare to be pleased once you find out the building you're moving into is managed by The Andrews Organization! After working with their team for almost two years, I can tell that each team member works hard to make sure whatever issues one might have with their building is resolved in a timely manner, and done right the first time. Andrews continuously sets the bar when serving their buildings' residents and boards, and I'm excited to see them continue on their path of excellence in management!

This management company has wrongfully withheld my $1,000 move-in deposit, despite multiple requests during the past 4 months and having provided proof of payment twice. The culture and staff at The Andrews Organization is truly second to none in the property management industry. Everyone is very friendly and responsive and is able to handle any questions you have about any kind of issue with a unit in a residential building such as A/C and heating issues, pest issues, and general issues with the unit like maintenance. Genuinely one of the best property management organizations in NYC.

They allegedly manage our building though I’m not sure they do anything other than collect a fee. There has been a fire alarm chirping for WEEKS and their pathetic and ineffectual staff can’t seem to figure out how to get it addressed so I reported the issue to the city. No hot water. No heat. No responses from this organization. My apartment has no fire escape and there was a fire in the building a few months ago. I have busted windows and all they did was cover it with plywood in early November it is now mid February & nothing has changed. Every wall has tested positive for lead and they will not fix anything in the apartment. WORST building to live in. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I have been absolutely ignored for over 1 year with No fire escape, No stove, Broken windows, No Heat, Orange water, Broken Toilet with raw sewage & I reach out on a daily basis. Still ignored.
