I have to say, I’ve had the smoothest and best experience with this office. For a team of just two people, Annie and Jackie deserve the utmost respect and credit—they manage over 600 tenants and 15 properties with incredible professionalism and care. From the beginning, both Annie and Jackie were amazing. I asked about all their vacancies, and they even scheduled a personal open house for me. Their dedication and responsiveness truly stood out. You can leave trash in the hallway in the front of your door, neighbors can complain to RMG and nothing will ever get done. Move here if you love the smell of garbage and lazy supers. Move here only if you like the smell of fresh garbage early in the morning as you walk out of your place. The old owners did nothing, and it was better then this. Good people are moving out and being replaced by residents who use trash as a door mat. I can imagine what this place will look like in a couple of years if RMG continue to own this property. This property is in horrible condition and when you speak up about it, they direct you to the SUPER of the building who doesn’t speak any English. My ceiling has been falling apart due to weather, no accommodations or fixing has occurred and I’ve been here since April 2020. The building always smells like majiuanna every night. Tentants often hangs in the hallways which makes it difficult to even make it to your apartment. There is NO parking at all, so you are forced to get a ticket or park 2-3 blocks away from your house. Been living here in Bloomfield for over 6 years and to this date I can’t get my parking pass, been calling multiple times over the years to get the parking pass and whoever this woman is keeps telling me she sending the paperwork out and never received anything else but an increase lease for rent which I fill out and send and still not receiving any pass, been parking on the streets for all these years and still not getting anything but rent increases every year, Still WAITING!!!!!
