I’ve been living for two months in a new building in Astoria, right across from Socrates Sculpture Park, and Top Quality Management is the management company responsible for the complex. They have been very responsive and professional whenever we’ve needed assistance. There is someone cleaning and taking care of the trash every day, which makes a big difference. Top Quality Management is, without a doubt, the most disgusting, unprofessional, and downright fraudulent company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The name “Top Quality” is an absolute joke – if you’re looking for bottom-of-the-barrel service, rotting buildings, and total neglect, this is your place. Let’s start with the buildings: FILTHY. Common areas are never cleaned, garbage is piled up for days, pest infestations are ignored, and any sort of repairs or maintenance? Forget it. I have been renting in NYC for over 10 years with over 4 different landlord/management companies and this is by far the worst management company I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. It has been 3 months since we moved out of our apartment and we have yet to receive our security deposit back. It takes them days to weeks to respond to emails. They finally sent us a check and it's completely ILLEGIBLE and was rejected by our bank. They are incompetent at best and thieves and liars at worst.
