I would like to give 0 star to this horrible building. The management never want to solve any issue. Dirty environment and no hot water in the building. So bad !
The worst. Extremely careless. Especially Akshay -- he's only remotely "professional" when he's reaching out about money or collecting it. Just read the reviews on Reddit from actual tenants. The building is constantly dirty. The super smokes cigarettes while doing the most basic, surface-level cleaning, and management allows it because it saves them money instead of hiring an actual cleaner like every other building. The place smells right after it's "cleaned," and the laundry machines have mold inside.
I mean just read the reviews... The building constantly smells bad, and management either ignores maintenance issues or fails to keep residents informed about any progress. Akshay makes no effort to conceal his indifference to tenant concerns. They need to hire a new management team because the current one has produced HORRIBLE feedback from previous and current tenants. We've had continuous hot water and heating issues during winter... It’s clear they have no concern for the well-being of their tenants. They showed little care when I reported that the super admitted to smoking in the building…
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY! Check the reviews on Reddit. We've dealt with ongoing issues related to heating, water, and general maintenance. Management allows these problems to persist for weeks or even months, and they only respond if you constantly call or email. Even when things get 'fixed,' the same issues reappear shortly after. Akshay, who is supposed to manage day-to-day operations, is careless and unprofessional when addressing these concerns.
Management has been good with communication,but the super is horrible. He only mops the lobby; and when he mops elevator it smells musty..he mops it with dirty mopl. He never mops the other floors. My floor has dead flies by the emergency door and it smells like something is dead in the ceiling.
