Is it possible for a -10 rating? In my opinion.....this company is reactive not proactive. Very disappointing on many levels to our residents on a number of issues. No one is EVER on sight to oversee projects. The lastest debacle was with our driveways. The driveways had many cracks. This concern was brought up to them many many months ago. Plenty of time to plan and execute correctly. Simple task you say?.. not for touchstone. They showed up earlier this week and black sealed the driveways and then showed up again yesterday to fill the cracks. Now the cracks are not the same color …

Brian and his team are incredible people, I would highly recommend. They deeply care about giving homeowners a great experience and premium service, eg using technology to give us self-serve access to our docs.

Recently started using the company as our property management company, they took out almost $1100 by accident and they blamed me for making the extra payment after I set-up autopay and did not make an extra payment (which I showed proof that I didn’t). This caused me to overdraft (which I never overdraft). Initially they said 2 months to refund the money (they took out by accident) so I might as well use it toward next months maintenance fees. I fought it and they finally said after 72 business hours I would receive my money. When asked about overdraft fees they said talk to the bank about tha…
