I lived in 66 Howard Drive apartment for 17 years because we had no choice to move due to financial issues. Now it been 3 years we moved out But these apartment was horrible. They have black mold which caused me asthma. They also had big mouse and cockroaches. Due to black mold we had to throw out every furniture in our apartment. The workers who work in the office are rude. When the older neighbor in our apartment left , they renewed the upper floor and it caused all the black mold to spread to upper wall of the our apartment . I have been here for almost 7 years and I have never had any issues.Management is quick to address any issues and maintenance has always been quick to repair things and courteous.Grounds are well maintained and most importantly I feel safe.I love it here.

Properties are infested with mice and bugs. Management does nothing about it. I have reported mold bugs and water leaks multiple times and nothing gets done. The properties they manage are unsafe

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Maintenance will access your apartment with no notice (caught on camera). Staff has poor mannerism even to the property management in River Edge (David D). The bathrooms are full of mold. The finishes in my bathroom are rusty and turning black. There are water bugs about the same size as the mice. My refrigerator turns my food frozen even if I adjust the temperature. Weird tenants who make noise in the wee hours of the morning and watches you out their window.

At this point I have nothing but praise for all of the staff at Elm Estates. Everyone is extremely courteous and very helpful. No issues here !

The mangent is not nice he is a slum lord and no likes him because I I live there once but I was in the hospital and he was charging me for my stuff in the apartment.

This is worst apartment complex that anyone can move into, we have lived here for 12 years and the service has gotten worse over the years. Almost two weeks ago the kitchen cabinets fell off the wall and fell on my husband's shoulder, we waited almost a week to have someone come for measurements and was told that it will take 1-3 weeks for the cabinets to come. This is ridiculous and we have to have food all over the living room, also we have been on a "waiting list" to get our rugs redone for the past three years where two of those years we were "next", still waiting. I have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is great in office and maintenance. Any problems are addressed within 1 hour . Speaking with office staff they are always courteous . The grounds are upkept year round. If I had one request I'd ask that the outer door be repainted but overall great company. Great place
