I am beyond grateful to have found Victoria at Tower Property Management NYC to manage our condo! She is professional and reliable, goes above and beyond to do a great job. She successfully removed a multitude of violations accumulated by the builder. Our property is in good hands! Highly Recommend!

Victoria has been a true blessing and a miracle worker! She took our mismanaged condo with tons of violations, bills and disrepair and turned it into a thriving and well managed condo. And she managed to do all of that with barely any increase in our maintenance fee. We now have no debt, all bills paid on time and an emergency cushion. I'm so grateful to Victoria for all of her hard work and diligence! I strongly recommend Victoria! You will not be disappointed!!!

I've had a great experience with the new building management since Victoria took over last year. She's been consistently on top of everything. from routine maintenance to serious issues like roach infestations. What really sets her apart is her responsiveness. She actually answers right away, which is rare with most management teams. It’s clear she takes the rules seriously and follows up to make sure things are done right. Much appreciated!
