As a property owner living outside of New York, I’ve been impressed with how Robert, Michael, and Daniel at True Management have handled my building. They manage tenant relations and maintenance efficiently, always keeping me updated without overloading me with details. Their proactive approach to any issues gives me peace of mind, knowing my property is well taken care of. I highly recommend them to any out-of-town owners.

I’ve lived in NY for a decade so I’ve lived through my fair share of horrible apartments and even worse property managers. True Management is a gem. I lived in Williamsburg for five years and had the pleasure of True Management being our property managers. They were always quick and communicative with service and I appreciated the ability to pay rent online, along with any maintenance requests through their portal. Terrible experience with True Management. Communication is almost impossible — they never respond to emails or calls on time. Maintenance issues take weeks (sometimes months) to fix, and even then, the work is done poorly. The staff are unhelpful and rude when you try to follow up. I would not recommend renting or working with this company at all. Very disappointing service.

I’ve had a positive experience with True Management as a tenant. They’ve been reliable and responsive when it comes to maintenance issues, addressing most problems quickly and keeping things in good shape. A friend and I just finished a year lease with this company in one of their Bedstuy properties. They were very good with communication, and very fair as property owners. Our maintainance issues were responded to in a pretty timely manner. And I was happy to see regular maintainance and cleaning of my building from the owners staff. I can't say anything bad, they were great landlords. Would rent from them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with True Management. From day one, they've demonstrated a commitment to satisfaction. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, showing their dedication to ensuring a comfortable living environment. Their communication is top-notch.

One of the worst management companies I have ever dealt with (lived in 4 apartments over 10 years and never had a problem until now). New to the country and constantly mishandled apartment issues. Take no accountability, uses intimidation tactics and do not address issues in a timely manner. At this point, entire building (4 units) have banned together to support needs as management company has proven to be more than incompetent. Terrible experience for years. I don’t believe the high rated reviews are real. Besides constant maintenance issues and fixed with a bandaid never fixing the actual problem the staff is nasty. The most vial nasty things ever said to me were from the owner Robert. The building was never maintained with rodents and pests just dead in common areas
