Thank you for providing a great experience. We had an excellent experience and always appreciated how well the building and department were maintained. Everything was consistently smooth and well managed. We truly enjoyed living here for two years and are grateful for the positive experience.

Do everything possible to not rent from these people. Management could care less if you have a serious issue. My power was out for days during a heat wave- spoiled food, no AC or fans. Don’t expect them to answer their phones past 1pm any day or on weekends. If they do answer they give you 0 reassurance that the problem will actually be solved. When I told them I work a 9-5 job and need an electrician to come after 5 they told me it wasn’t possible. Do not rent from Trust Management. My time living there was filled with repeated pest infestations, maintenance failures, and unacceptable delays from management that made the apartment unsafe, unsanitary, and unlivable. Over the course of our lease, I experienced: * A yellow jacket wasp infestation that lasted over a month, with more than 35 wasps entering my bedroom. We repeatedly asked for urgent help, including proper sealing of windows, but received only slow responses and short-term fixes. * A mouse infestation that persisted for months despite 10+ emails and 4 exterminator visits. One of the worst management companies I have ever dealt with. I have a malfunctioning key code entry for the door, meaning difficulty getting into apartment. Whether you call them during the day or on their emergency line, it doesn’t matter, there is no answer. They clearly only care about the $ and don’t give a single crap about any client needs if it doesn’t make money. Also, they don’t have a physical address in New York City. Fair prices and very communicative; they didn't raise my rent for my lease renewal!

My roommate and I began working with Trust in July 2023 when we moved to Brooklyn. We have had a great experience. They are responsive to email and phone and treat us respectfully.

When I first rented my apartment over 3 years ago, I was told by the broker how awesome Trust was. They were right. My experience was great over the 3+ years they managed the building. All that to say, they're top-notch and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone - 5 Stars!

I have been at my apartment for almost a year now and I recently renewed my lease. Everything has been great so far. My area is very peaceful. The management team Is responsive to all needs, although I’ve barely had any repairs since I moved in. I am truly enjoying being a tenant with this company.

I have had a great experience with them, as a tenant. They have been responsive & friendly whenever I have had an issue.

Have lived in my apartment with Trust management for the last 3 years. We are in a small building without a constant super, but I've found they are generally quick to respond to concerns and seem interested in keeping tenants long term.

"We do not manage this property ANYMORE." No smoke detector. No carbon monoxide detector. The gas dryer is leaking CO2 into the apartment from a hole that should've been fixed by now. I moved in and I was putting in maintenance requests immediately. The actual state of the apartment was a mess. See for yourself. I've attached photos. I moved in on September 11th and already had 1 nightmare with Yup Realty. I'm calling multiple times to have the same thing repaired. I won't be here another year. One of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. Stay away.
