This building is managed with a level of negligence that is genuinely alarming. Basic, legally required living conditions were repeatedly not provided. We spent an entire winter without functioning heat, despite multiple work orders and so-called “repairs” that never actually fixed the issue. At another point, we were left nearly a week without a working refrigerator, with zero communication or urgency from management. Mold and air-quality problems were brushed off, even after an HPD case was opened. Nothing was investigated thoroughly, and no one took responsibility. The pattern is the same …

The worst management company I have ever worked with. Incredibly delayed in resolving all maintenance issues (broken fridge, broken heater, MOLD) and refuse to provide appropriate service or in. Timely fashion. Would never live in one of those buildings again and I don’t recommend you do either

While they are lucky enough to have incredible properties, those properties would do far better if management never made big decisions. They will ignore your requests, hide from your complaints, and sometimes make big decisions that negatively affect everyone. It’s not a surprise that they’ve rebranded due to all of their legal troubles.

Wendy is very unprofessional she doesn’t know what she’s doing, she’s harassing me from the beginning asking for information that is not necessary to complete my recertification.every day she is asking for something new that she’s not supposed to section 8 is a program .I’m not applying for cash assistance to provide information about who’s sending me money and where I get the money to deposit into my account if I’m working and I’m providing her with my income from work and my taxes. This management is a mess.

Managment keeps harassing us with recertification, We did provide the necessary paperwork multiple times. Now we being threatened with eviction and rent increases due to us not being certified. We went to the office at least 30-40 times, being constantly ignored and threatened with security and arrest. We signed all necessary documents and yet we are being treated as low class citizens. We showed up to the office with appointment and without appointment, we tried to reason with people to no avail. What else can we do???? We on social security now but our rent still not adjusted. This is horrib…

This building is horrible. Management is not reliable . Always new worker in the building. Strangers hanging out in the building smoking. Mail nd packages are stolen. Nothing is being done

Rented one of their vacation homes in Big Sky, Montana. Had a great time! I brought a service animal and they were very accommodating. House was priced very reasonably and everything was professionally managed. I'd highly recommend them!

Front desk associate was very helpful even with a full waiting room

This is the worst management ever. They over price their low income apartments and any time there is an issue they make it your fault. Their communication is horrible and the landlord and compliance manager does not do their job well at all. This management needs new employees and should be put under investigation for fraud towards tenants.
