I am the treasurer of a 52 unit co-op managed by Veritas. We deal directly with Shantell and Jenny who have been most responsive to our Board. Thanks to Veritas and these two managers we have had a smooth running co-op for many years now and looking forward to many more years working with them.

Jennifer E is a capable and reliable managing agent who is consistently responsive and helpful. Communication is straightforward and timely, and matters are handled efficiently. Overall, she is a dependable professional I enjoy working with.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie on multiple occasions and her efficiency has been a breath of fresh air. She recently helped with a leak issue in my apartment. She was kind and responsive. She handled the situation promptly and ensured everything was fixed before my new tenants moved in.

DO NOT use this property management company at all. They are insulting and unprofessional. They treat unit owners rudely and disrespectfully with racially discriminated undertones. Helen M., the receptionist, was very rude and even hung up the phone during our conversation when I inquired about information. They withhold move-in deposits and charge erroneous fees to prevent certain people from living in the building. They have multiple complaints with the NYS Division of Human Rights, and I believe they are co-mingling funds with my condominium board. STAY AWAY, I PROMISE

Veritas managed our Coop building for 12 years, they offered fair service and pricing compared to other management companies. Carl, the owner, is exceptionally knowledgeable in the Coop business and hard to come by in my experience. We recently moved to another management company due to pure financial reasons for our building. Veritas staff were still accommodating and professional during the transition. If you are looking for a coop management company, Carl is an expert.

I have found her to be courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My knowing that she is always there to help makes co-op life a breeze. She’s a total standout in co-op management.

Have lived in a property managed by Veritas for over 3 years now, working with them has been horrendous. They make trying to get anything done a nightmare and tries to block shareholders from doing anything to their apartments. Will repeatedly police you for breaking minor rules, will request extensive documentation from you only to reject it on semantic or formatting grounds, wasting hours of your time.
