i literally have never written a review on google so yk its bad. my experience has been terrible. my parents and i rented an apartment in jersey city with whitestone. they are terrible at communicating, they are rude and unprofessional. ive had many incidents where we need maintenance to come and fix things in the apartment and it takes days for them to come. and not to fix something small, issues like toileting, NO hot water, ceiling LEAKING. i mean hazards really. they come on their own time, they answer the phone whenever the want. and dont get me started when we finally left. i left and mo…

I really appreciate this property management company. Solves issues quickly and in a timely manner. They do their due diligence to ensure the safety of their tenants. They ensure the priority of the needs of all tenants. Since this company took over the property, the services are top teir!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE: I rent from them currently and this is the 8th day with no hot water. They do not fix heating issues and have left my family without a working radiator for 5 years and only have 2 in my entire apartment (The radiator is still broken to this day). It took them 3 years to just fix a broken step. The management teams will tell you numerous contradictory things - for example the Manager Esther told me she purchased yesterday the part to fix the hot water boiler and a plumber never showed up. Today a person name Dave tells me that they have to order a whole new boiler…

They are very responsive. I have contacted them and they are quick. They want to help and make my living situation better. Very appreciative of their help. I have a small child and they gave me the supplies to keep Him safe at home. They handle tough situations well. Thank you

I have lived in a Whitestone property for 7 years and can't say enough about their responsiveness and professionalism. Any issue from simple repairs to maintenance has received a friendly and prompt response. They reach out to me afterwards to make sure that everything went fine and genuinely care about their tenants' well-being. I would highly recommend considering renting in one of their properties.

Horrible management, I haven't even been in my apartment a year and I can't wait to leave when my lease is up ! Building is in horrible condition, bells do not work! I’ve had a great experience with my landlord. They are responsive, respectful, and take care of maintenance quickly. I recently moved out of an apartment managed by Whitestone Management, and my experience was mixed. While they were generally responsive to my maintenance tickets during my stay, the move-out process was disappointing. They withheld 80% of my security deposit, citing charges for normal wear and tear, which seemed unreasonable. Additionally, they charged me $1,200 for four small screw holes from a TV mount, which felt excessive. They also charged me for repainting the entire apartment, something that should typically be done before a new tenant moves in. It felt like they were making up charges…

Worst property management ever. Rats, roaches, squatters, dead bodies you name it they have it. It’s a real life nightmare. Nobody answers the phone it’s a mess.

Terrible people to do business with I currently moved out of one of their apartments. I got partial of my security deposit back. I asked them for receipts and the management coordinator. Esther refuses to give me anything. I asked for the landlord number and I’ve been going back-and-forth with them for about three weeks With no answers and no response Worst experience renting in my life never had a problem with any of my other landlords

Horrible management I’ve been living in my building for 3 years now and everytime I have an issue I always have to call a bunch of times and come out of character for them to fix something . I haven’t had AC in a whole month. Still hasn’t gotten fixed . They do not care about your health. UPDATE HAVENT HAD HOT WATER IN 5 DAYS BUT THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH NEW LEASE FOR AN EXTRA $150 THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH

I have lived in my apartment for the last five years and anytime I call management they answer my concern in a timely manner thank you Esther and thank you Sarah Whitestone management is the best

They care about their rights to take money on time but careless to do their duties as it should be
