My daughter leased an apartment with Richard handled with her. We had a small issue with her income to required income for lease ratio. Richard worked with me and we found a good solution. She remained a tenant for approximately two years. Great service from Richard and his properties management. She recently moved for a work transfer and again.... Richard made the transition easy. Very professional and nothing but quality.

A management company like no other. They have a great attitude towards the tenants and they take care of the properties like they are their own. This is a management company that thinks about the owners making money in the short and long term!
