My experience living on the proper. .The staff was friendly until they get tired of you complaining.what's good about said apts home is the space. I was transferred to a lower level damp apartment , which has sewer issues, water falling from the bathroom ceiling, from the kitchen ceiling water bubbles in the kitchen area over the cabinet I have complained so many times from having termites , having fleas, to mold, and dampness, I was told, they would give me 30 day if l choose to leave the property. Worst management company I have ever rented from. Stuff breaks and they are reluctant to fix it. Our dishwasher went out in October of last year and they refuse to fix it. Our oven was broken for 4 or 5 months before they finally fixed it. The ac in my room was broken for an entire summer. Just awful, man. Save yourself the trouble and don’t settle for any building ZPM manages. I would give them zero or negative stars if I could.

THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION EVER! THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SINCE OF HOSPITALITY LET ALONE PROFESSIONALISM TO FOLLOW UP! I SEE WHY RETENTION RATES ANNUALLY ARE LOW!!!!!!!!

I have been living here since 2024. I'm realizing that management is very bad here you put in an order for work to be done they don't do it they don't follow up on it and I'm still waiting for work to be done in my apartment it should have been done before I moved in. The so-called supervisor for maintenance sucks he don't know how to do anything I did a transfer to another apartment a bigger one in April of 2025. they want the rent on the 1st of each month.

These people are lazy and the only playground on the property looks like crap and the dog park doesn't even have a functioning gate that latches there is also a big hole over there that you can fit your whole foot in if you are not careful you'll get hurt people don't pick up after their dogs so there is dog poop everywhere and a whole lot of stray cats that people have put out

Why is there no website about who operates ZPM? Why can't you ever get in contact with someone from the main office? Why us there no number to call or email?

This is by far the WORST!!!!! Management company ever!! I’ve lived at there property for a few months now with no A/C for over two months which is insane. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DOMT MOVE TO ANY OF THERE PROPERTIES. You can’t even get ahold of corporate and the leasing off and soo rude with attitudes and don’t want to help you and treat you like you as if you’re not a resident. Please don’t move to any of there properties

Zpm management is terrible you can never contact there Corporate office.

Moved into apartment in November 2023. Now May 1st 2024 and management has yet to follow through on various maintenance requests including flickering overhead lights. Our requests have all been very simple, yet they almost never respond to calls or emails. All items should have been taken care of before we moved in and were not.

My current lease is up in April and according to the lease agreement, you must give a 60 day notice if you plan to renew or vacate. Here we are almost the middle of March and have yet to receive a lease renewal. I’ve visited the office numerous times to inquire on when I can expect a lease renewals as per Maryland law, residents are to receive rent increases at least 90 days in advance. However, Management has stated they send lease renewals 60days prior and they’re behind on notices. ZPM is a literal slumlord management team that will ignore your concens. I have countless unanswered phone calls and emails about pressing issues. I have had mold in my apartment they refuse to fix and it has been 8 months its excuse after excuse. My bathroom light has gone out after saying they will follow up several times they don't. This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. Landlords in NYC are already bad, but ZPM is 20 time worse.

If I could give this building management company ZERO stars I WOULD. I currently live in this building. THIS BUILDING IS OLD & INFESTED!!!!!. I have been in this apartment for almost 3 years with my kids with NO WORKING APPLIANCES. Do not rent from these people.
