Absolutely horrible. After several calls and letters and over a six month period, no resolution to requests for safety repairs. Exterior door to apartments keeps getting broken into. The management staff is rude and talks over you and does not address concerns. Zero stars, do not rent from them.

This property management company made me feel very unsafe. They repeatedly asked for a copy of my apartment key after moving in, used a different pest management company every other month, gave us the run around on fixing water damage that led to mold and persistent pest issues, and underplayed a major safety issue with our building’s water heater that ended up requiring welding work. We even got strong armed by our broker after reporting issues to ZuZu soon after moving in threatening to kick everyone out without notice.
