Parked here for an event at the Great American Ballpark. They only had one working elevator to get to the parking garage & the stairs were locked, they refused to open the stairwell & there were literally hundreds of people waiting in line for the one elevator. We waited 45 min in that line, that also refused to open any restrooms for us while we waited. I will never park here again.
