I've lived in this HOA for 34 years and have been a trustee for most of them. This is our HOA's third year with Associa, my first year as president. Associa takes care of our HOA Financial Side only, and it has been a good experience. Mandy has been extremely patient with all the questions I have asked of her. Her answers make sense to me and I am able to do this job better for our large HOA because of her.

Mandy is a very helpful manager here! She helped our neighborhood get very specific signs that mention a protected greenspace no littering and they look fantastic! Associa even put them up in the snow!

Incorrect posting of payments causing late fees and overpayments made by customer Getting no where to receive money returned that was overpaid and late fees

Rita Harper is the worst associate I have ever interacted with. She is incompetent to the point of negligence and a tremendous liability to her company. I cannot wait until our HOA is done with Associa and her.

Associa is absolutely, positively THE worst Condo management company that I've ever worked with. As a property investor I've had my share of experience with condo management firms and Associa has been by far the worst communicators, poorest record keepers, shadiest billers, and unscrupulous busisnesses that I've ever dealt with. They issued inaccurate bills, missed payments that I proved were submitted and then charged bogus legal fees that then (conveniently) manufactured "late fees" and "processing fees" that they refused to disclose or discuss, despite multiple attempts to have documented. …

I have been working with Renee Bell for about the past year. Renee helps manage our HOA organization. I am continuously impressed with her knowledge, and ability to quickly respond to any needs we have in our neighborhood. She works smoothly with our board members and is an asset to our organization. Looking forward to our continued partnership with her.

Good grades for Associa lately. We have a new rep, Jennifer Phillips-Jacobus, who is very detail oriented and excellent at follow through. The Lakota Spring HOA Board enjoys working with her.

Jenn Phillips-Jacobus is the contact for my condo association in Loveland, OH. Jenn has answered my emails promptly, she is professional, kind and follows through. She has put my concerns of being a brand new condo owner at ease. I cannot say enough good things about her. Jenn is simply the best.

Associa has been our management company for almost a year. I am the Treasurer of our HOA and Kim, our manager, has gone out of her way to address my concerns. Kim Bowman, Community Associations Manager is truly exceptional! She is incredibly smart, professional and diplomatic. I usually call her in a panic, and she responds immediately. She knows the right people to call to fix problems. They know her, and how seriously she takes her incredible responsibilities. They respond quickly and usually in person. We have been an HOA for 22 years and have not had problems with ASSOCIA until Renee Bell came aboard with us. She refused to give us financial statements until it was showed in the bylaws we were entitled to them. She wanted us to pay an initial fee to come in and look at the records, pay $100 to begin the copying, and .37 cents per page, $1 per colored page. We felt bullied by her, and this may be ASSOCIA’S way of doing business and she is just following suit.? Our community is new to Associa, and as their Treasurer I have been actively working with Wendy to set everything up in a timely manner. Wendy has done and is continuing to do, a wonderful job. I am a detail person, and she has been very helpful in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I might raise. I hope her managers appreciate her work as much as I do. Associa has been very responsive to our needs and continues to improve the services available to our community.

Renee Bell has been our community manager since last spring. She has done an excellent job jumping in and taking over our needs. Renee is very professional, knowledgeable and responds to us in a timely manner. Our board feels very fortunate to have Renee on our team!!

Our condo association recently hired Associa. Our new manager is "JJ" Jadwiga Lane. JJ is VERY accessible & responsive. Her proactivity & experience has been a breath of fresh air, even in this first month of management. She's hard working, knowledgeable and accessible. She sees issues and immediately knows the next 2-3 steps to follow. I really appreciate that. All of her communications are proactive and results driven. She's awesome! Wendy managed our 90 day transition. She has been the ultimate professional in all of her communications, and has been phenomenal to work with. …

I have nothing but positive things to say about our service with them. Our manager Jadwiga Lane, JJ, is invaluable, she is a consummate professional; polite, organized, effective, efficient and dependable. This is my third management company and they are by the most organized and technologically forward by far.

I regret to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Home Association. From their lackluster communication to their questionable decision-making processes, my overall experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The Home Association’s apparent disregard for residents’ concerns and their unwillingness to address issues promptly are major red flags. Their incompetence in handling common area maintenance and essential services has resulted in a significant decline in the overall quality of living within the community.
