Edit: After complaining, my shower wall was mysteriously fixed. Again, rent was reasonable, and that allowed me to save for a down payment on a home. —- I have lived in the Columbia Tusculum location since August 2021. My neighbor who lives above me is loud and smokes like a freight train. Secondhand smoke permeates into my apartment and is causing a health risk. I contacted the person, and they claim that they are allowed and to stop complaining because it stresses them out. Contacted B&L, who offered some solutions, but issue still persists. I have rented from B&L several times. I am currently living in one of their units now in Columbia Tusculum. there is nothing anyone can say about B&L this is the only landlord that I have ever had where I don’t have any problems they’re always on time with maintenance and the company is the best company there is. If anyone has a problem with this company trust me it’s not the company. It’s the person.
