I live here and it is such a nice place to live when I lost my job they worked with me and I'm still here I won't go to any other place the apartment manager Pam is a sweetheart as well she was a big help it's a nice calm apartment complex so thank you
My name is Mistie Kleiman and I wanted to write a review and share my experience renting from Balanced Property Solutions. They have been wonderful since before day 1 of moving into the unit. Pamela, specifically, was instrumental to this process. She is extremely competent, personable, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Maintenance requests were handled timely and with care in addition. The property is well maintained and the lines of communication are always open and listening and treated respectfully.
