i Literally just Moved in on the 1st of this month and I Been Calling In About The Issues Im having in my apartment unit and No one came To Fix anything. This Is Very unprofessional and Im Looking to break the Lease with them Lease somewhere else Cause this is Ridiculous and very unprofessional. Yall Need to Do Better as A Team And do more to Make your tenants feel more at home.

So I’m renting from them now I gave them over 1000 last mo caught the flu so I couldn’t go work this month my rent late they put a 3 days notice on the door for me to be gone by the 16 when I told them I was going be late then our hallway be so nasty from all the dogs they don’t clean up behind they dogs or nothing.

I've spent all summer without an AC unit and was blatantly ignored then was also met with hostility and told by Tommy H that according to Ohio law they dont have to fix it. It's possibly being fixed this Wednesday after 4 months. Water damage happened in my kitchen ceiling 2 days ago, they wouldn't send anyone out to properly drain and dry it, I have to wait for a plumbing company to pick it up even though it's classified as an emergency. Awful place to rent from. 0/10 do not recommend.

Been under new mgt with gateway for bout 2or3 years I think....they are responsive when it comes to maintenance repairs/requests or even behind on rent really nothing negative about this team ..just remember communicating is the key

I have been reading the reviews and I have not had any negative or bad experiences with these ladies. Allie and Chelsey were both super helpful and understanding. They all worked with me on my move in and made the process easy. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again ladies. You all were and are amazing!!!

if I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible company. Never checks on the property, ignores maintenance requests, openly hostile to you if you need anything whatsoever. One time my gas got shut off because they ignored a request from duke energy to perform an inspection and when I called them about it they immediately tried to tell me it was because I hadn't paid the bill (it wasn't- the entire building was shut off). But absolutely right on time to post an eviction notice on your door if your rent is a minute late. Do not do business with these people.

The worst company ive ever delt, with for renting. I cant even begin to describe the amount of serious health code violations, to not corresponding in a appropriate time fashion. I have a young child and our home they rented us is beyond not comfortable to live in, from the water only having hot for baths, a broken leaky toilet, to the electrical wiring in here half my home is without power. Only my kitchen area and back entrance room has power. Communication is terrible. I’m 43 lived in many apartments this is the worst experience and longest process.

Please run not walk away from these people. Once you enter contract with these people it will be like entering contract with the devil. I'm serious. Their communication is trash. Don't have a problem and you need a resolution. Pay your rent and don't ask for any responsibility on their part as being a property management office. Good Luck if you enter into contract

Currently in mediation status for issues mentioned in tons of these reviews. Plumbing is a huge problem and they try to charge you for it. Communication is huge for me. These has been the worst experience for me in my whole 7 years of renting this house. Never complained so much nor been evicted and I been renting since I was 18 years old... im now 42!!! 1. Bad communicators. I am currently going through a plumbing issue where water came through my upstairs neighbor's ceiling and down into my bedroom closet (I had to call their emergency number to get them to have a plumber come out). This company ended up buying the apartments I was staying in right before my lease ended and WOW do I wish I moved early. HORRIBLE communication, they have an office that no one works out of? I had to email 6 different times to 4 different emails before I FINALLY had someone tell me how to pay my rent. This company is a joke. If you rent they do not care at all about you or your family. They are rude and have no customer service skills.
