This is the worst place I’ve encountered since moving to the U.S.—specifically to Forest Park. Someone hit my car in the parking lot and then fled the scene. I went to the leasing office, but they told me they don't have any security cameras covering the parking lot. Secondly, they tow your car even when you’ve parked legally, and then you have to pay to get it back. And the leasing agency does absolutely nothing about it. I strongly advise you not to move here; it is not a safe place to live. Personally, I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can move out. As for maintenance, you can call …

I have lived here for 5 years. Before my property manager left she promised to move me into the apartment across the hall. I looked up and she was already gone. I have several issues that aren’t addressed and then new managers excuse is I’m new, or I don’t know. As of right now my toilet paper holder is broken, my towel rack is broken for a year now, my toilet seat has been needing to be replaced for over a year, my air doesn’t work and I have two giant replacements air units that are an eye sore as well as a safety issue and my oven ticks even time I used it. I wish they would take care of the Indian lookout apartments. This property isn't well taken care of. Especially trees over growing in the Parking lot, dog feces all over both dog parks. Dog trash not getting taken care of. Packages getting stolen,, the pool needs repairs before it's not useable as well.

Love the company. But they really needs to work on there website and app. I had two problems with there system where payments didn't show on it.

If I could give less than one star, I would. First off, their review being so high is not accurate. They send out flyers regularly to their tenants stating that if they write a review, they will be entered into a drawing to have a substantial amount taken off of their rent or even sometimes win large items like an ipad etc. I lived under BRG management for 6 years. My apartment regularly flooded when it rained and the ample times I would call about the flooding, they would come in with dehumidifiers and a fan and then call it a day. I have nothing bad to say about the Apartment at crown ridge itself it’s great nice location the neighbors are The management on the other hand sucks. She’s probably the worst manager I’ve ever Had very disrespectful to the tenants not very professional at all never had a manager run so many tenants off as I have in this complex over the last two years. !!!!

My husband and I lived at Barkley ridge in Southgate KY and it was horrible! Lots of crime in the area. Got bit by a dog and nothing ever happened for my safety. Do not recommend

Catherine Jones 3rd year Deercross I often sit out or walk around the community. So clean, open I feel free safe and it's secure and quite. Maintenance second to now. The staff is as awesome. Audra is always kind and caring. I have been working with Angie for a few days now,and she has listened and tried to help as much ad possible. Great community.

If I could give this company NO STARS I would. They’re unprofessional and so are all the property managers especially Gwynn at Indian Loookout. Disgusting. Rude. Uncaring of tenets.

BRG Apartments manages a variety of communities, and they really do a great job. Their properties are well-kept, the staff is friendly, and maintenance is always responsive. You can tell they care about creating a good living experience no matter which apartment you’re in.

I have lived at two communities owned by BRG, I've had great experiences at both places.

BRG Apartments has been great during my 2 years under their management. The move-in process was smooth and the resident portal is simple to use for maintennance and rent. Communication has always been clear and the events they hold at each community are fun! The complex has been great and has everything I need!

BRG apartments have definitely done a good job these past couple of years. They have made their communities great places to live and I believe they address issues in a timely manner. I am happy to be a resident of Hunter's Creek and I believe they do a good job looking after the place. There is always room for improvement but I think they are stepping up to the challenge.

Hartland Place is the perfect location and in a relatively well kept and quiet neighborhood.

Michelle at The Vinings has been great! Moving in in November was a breeze. I've lived in a few complexes and BRG has been the best so far. I hope to live here for many years.

The owners and staff of BRG Apartments are nice and friendly. The properties they rent out are nice and generally affordable. They also get the communities involved in events they host. I live in the Barkley Ridge community off of bluegrass ave and it is peaceful and quiet, with plenty of parking and the best part, in my opinion, is they have a pool. The last thing I'll mention is they are really good at keeping us informed through emails about anything that may be going on.

My husband and I have only lived in 1 community, which is Crown Station Apartments! We've been here since the beginning of last year & I highly recommend, if anyone is looking for a nice, affordable place to live! The front desk ladies are amazing to work with and they are always on top of everything. Maintenance is also super quick about getting things done if there's a issue arising. These apartments are super close to the local Kroger, and a ton of fast food restaurants! Their apartment complexes are well kept and centrally located. They respond well to maintenance requests and are always very helpful and friendly.

We moved almost a month ago, the process was very fast thanks to the help of Marie she was very attentive and patient throughout the process, the place is incredibly clean beautiful trees and a safe and quiet place to go for a run! My family and I are loving this place

Ive rented from this company for years and I have no complaints. They put their tenants needs first and have some of the best employees I've met. The BRG App makes it easy to pay bills, keep up with what is happening in the community and any updates. Overall BRG makes the decision to stay very easy for me when it come to renewing my lease and I'm happy about it.

Overall the community is nice

I really like my apartment—it’s spacious, modern, and comfortable. The layout is practical, and the appliances work well. I haven’t had any major issues, and if something small comes up, maintenance takes care of it fast. It’s quiet inside, which is important to me since I work third shift and sleep during the day. Overall, the apartment itself has definitely met my expectations.

Getting in the apartment was and is a blessing. Especially the way the apartments are making it difficult. BRG legitimately helping out th family unit with ways to cover deposits, cheap holding so you can get in the apartment, and being understanding. They are pretty flexible and give you the facts, and answer questions if you need help. The application process was easy and smooth. More apartments need to be more like this. I feel like they are the few good ones left that keep a clean community, but are actually looking out for families. Rare air. Appreciate you folks! 🎶🎵🎤😎

We love our townhouse at revere village. BRG has been the most attentive and responsive management out of all the ones we’ve dealt with. It seems like they really care about their reputation and the quality of their properties, so they work for it.

I’ve had a mostly positive experience living in a BRG apartment community. The grounds are generally well-kept, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. My unit is modern, with updated appliances and a comfortable layout. One thing I really appreciate is the responsive maintenance team—they usually address requests within a day or two.

BRG Devou village community is a quiet safe community. We’ve lived here 9 years. My patio off the back lets me enjoy nature. BRG Staff are working hard to make improvements. Bringing community fun!!!!

BRG has done such a great job creating a sense of community amongst the residents. They have several events throughout the year bringing everyone together. It is a safe community in the heart of Blue Ash.

I’ve heard about BRG apartments long before moving into one of the communities they own. And always heard great things about them from top to bottom. And when I moved in, the experience was everything I had heard about and more. BRG is the best standard and I love it here.

I have lived at The Vinings for 5 years now. My initial reasoning for moving here to the BRG apartments is the pricing. It was and still is affordable. The apartments were spacious and since I work in KY it was convenient to be close to the highway. It is also a pleasant and safe area. No complaints on my end BRG! Job Well Done

I just had my air conditioner replaced in the nick of time, solely because BJ, the manager, while doing the annual inspection noticed that the old one was beginning to underperformed. He could have waited until I put in a work order but instead, took it upon himself to do it. Soon after I had a new air conditioner. Proactive, competent, friendly. BJ, Morgan before him and the maintenance crew are stellar examples of why I have been here 16 years.

The Wynds in Kettering Ohio is a fantastic place to live. We recently had alot of updates to to the buildings here like new windows and they painted the hallways. It truly feels like home. The maintenance staff is on top of things here and is very professional. The leasing office personnel is on top of things and is very helpful. I will never move from here. The kids and parents are polite here too. It is one big family in this community and we LOVE IT!!!

Great place to rent through

The application process was so easy! The staff that work here are so kind and patient. I couldn’t recommend living here to anyone more. We have only lived here since December but honestly, I wouldn’t wanna be anywhere else !

Moved in a few months ago into crown station community. Super quiet and clean. Typically when you go for affordability you have to make a lot of sacrifices. Not here. Staff in the rental office is great and on top of things. Pest control comes by on a routine schedule and the property management staff keep the places looking nice for an older built community! Not to mention pet friendly and welcome.

This is my first time living in a BRG property. I've been here less than a year but it's been very enjoyable so far. I really like how un complicated everything is. I pay my rent every month with ease. I always get a fast response from staff if I need it.

Great apartments!

I’ve been happy and comfortable in my home for over 5 years, since before BRG took over. Once BRG came in there was ZERO decrease in quality of service or communication. Very grateful to them for making everything easy.

BRG gives excellent service, they are easy to work with and really helped us with finding our apartment!

Although I’ve not dealt with the corporate structure, I can tell you that the management team at my current complex is respectful, responsive, and prompt, and because that’s my only experience with them I have to assume the entire command structures like that just making this a overwhelmingly positive review

i have looked at several of the apartments they have in different areas, and they all are beautiful. the app they have now is super user friendly and makes things super easy to pay bills. and I’ve had only good experiences with my community!

I’ve been apart of the BRG community for 4 years and have enjoyed my experience.

I have loved my experience with BRG they have worked with me through hard times and are always very responsive when I’ve needed anything ! They keep the apartments up to date and the ground are always very well kept! When I dealt with the corporate team they have always been very kind and responsive!

The two gentlemen in the office have been kind and very helpful. The maintenance crew has also been quick to complete their job and leaves no mess.

Brookfield Village is great! I love my apartment!

BRG became our new management where we live. My family and I reside at Norse Landing and moved in a month before management transferred to BRG. We have been happy in our home. Like anywhere they have their ups and downs but we are over all pleased with where we live. Our 4 year old is happy and enjoys playing outside and riding his bike! We are blessed to call Norse Landing our home. We are also very happy with what BRG has changed since we moved here!

BRG has always been helpfuk! Office is quick to respond to all inquiries, maintenance is timely and knowledgeable, and BRG app is user friendly. Great company to rent from!

We moved into one of their properties months ago and BRG has been great. They have been very responsive on anything we have needed and the move in process was very easy. Their app and website are very easy to use and has been very nice to pay rent. I would recommend any of their properties based on our experience.

This is a great community as well as an amazing apartment complex this is the first apartment that actually feels like a home with the amazing space that it provides and the very affordable rent price they keep it very clean and make sure to answer any questions or needs you may be having all the extra things like the pool and fitness room are just the icing on the cake I love my home to call it a apartment just dosent sit right to me this complex is way more then a apartment in my opinion thank you BRG for the beautiful home

We have been at Wyndemere since October of 2024. It’s a great community. The office and maintenance staff are great.

This is my second time living in this community. It’s quiet, nice and close to everything for me. The staff is friendly and always helpful to me. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to live!

I absolutely love this apartment complex! The managers here treat you like you're family and are the sweetest ladies you will ever meet! BRG has done a good job since taking over management a few yrs ago. They get to maintainance issues in a timely manner. Staff has always been friendly and courteous. If they don't know an answer to a question they find out and call back. 🙂 Only didn't give a 5 because no one and no business is perfect!

Been here about 6 yrs. Such a beautiful place. The landscaping and pool areas provide plenty of family fun. It’s walking distance to stores/restaurants. Yesterday, walked my 2 miles, went swimming, then grilled out…all from home. I love this place.

I currently live in Devou village with my spouse & we love living here! The rent is affordable, the apartments are nice & spacious, and the neighbors are friendly & respectful. It's me & my spouse's first home together and once we move to a bigger place, we hope to move into one of the townhomes owned by BRG Apartments! The townhomes look so nice & also seem very affordable. I 100% recommend choosing a home through BRG!

BRG Apartments has been so helpful. Anytime I need anything there is always someone willing to help. Even people who work in other communities than mine are so helpful!

Have lived at The Residences at Northgate Crossing in Columbus Ohio for 2-1/2 years and am very happy! Our on site manager is very efficient and the maintenance personnel are always responsive and attentive to any issues as well as keeping our property attended to. Best apartment company very active with the communities

BGR has a great variety of communities to choose from. I was blessed to be able to live at Deercross Apartments. The apartments are nice and remodeled, the area is always kept clean. I love being able to use the online portal to pay rent instead of, having to get money orders each month. It is also very convenient to put in work orders for maintenance. A great community to live in. I would recommend to others, looking for a quiet and safe place to live.

BRG has been so helpful all the years I have lived at Park Place. The staff are very nice and thorough. They are always fast on replies and telling me any best course of action. Love living at my BRG apartment. If I ever move it will most likely be to another BRG property

I’ve really enjoyed living at Miamisburg by the mall. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. My apartment is clean, quiet, and well-designed, with plenty of natural light. The location is super convenient—close to stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The community feels safe and well-kept, and the neighbors are respectful. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience.

We living in The Vinings and though the change in property managers has been interesting we still love our apartment and the neighborhood.

All communitys have the same professional management. They keep the grounds up. And if any issues they are addressed ASAP. Love my BRG apartment abd would recommend them to anyone!

It was roughly halfway through my stay at my current apartment when it was purchased by BRG. I was a little worried that big unwanted changes would come with the acquisition. Overall I have no problems with BRG and my community has stayed equally as excellent as it was before. They continue to make improvements every day

BRG recently purchased the building I live in and I see the effort they have put into renovating the apartments and the outside areas. I look forward to seeing the upgrade to our parking area. They are always friendly when I need to contact them. The maintenance guy was friendly and when I needed a light fixture fixed.

due to the winters cold weather temperatures we recently had the pipe of the fire sprinkler above the outdoor patio burst causing the apartment to be flooded with 2-3 inches of water. A fast reacting leasing office and maintenance team arrived at our apartment within 10 minutes to squeegee the water out of the apartment. We could not had a better response and really appreciate the extra effort from the leasing office at Parkway Trails helping us get the apartment dry and back together. Awful staff! All of them! My son's who are on my lease and teenagers were told they are not allowed to go swimming at the pool! 2 summers in a row! Water off two days in a row with no notice. Tiffany in the office is very rude and said she hasn’t been properly trained so that’s why no notice has been given on day two of no water. I lived in Hartland Place in Lexington, KY and couldn’t have run out of that place any faster. Our experience was awful from day one - loved seeing mouse poop on the floor the day we moved in! We reported tons of issues that were never resolved by the completely incompetent maintenance man, and compulsive liar property manager Jane was never any help either. Lease is up 5/1. Was told by Carey that if keys aren’t returned before 5pm on 4/30 I would be charged for full May rent. I asked to return them at 6pm on 4/30 my last day of my lease because I do not get off until 530 and I needed to do one last U-Haul run to storage for the remainder of my furniture. I do not leave work until 530. I was told in the lease it states keys are due by end of business day at 5pm or a full months rent will be charged. I read all 41 pages of the lease I signed in 2023 and this isn’t mentioned anywhere it only regards to late payments being paid by the end of the day.…

I have lived at Walnut Creek for many years, and through changes in management. I have found BRG to be generally very responsive when issues/needs arise. The sizable rent increases each year when my lease renews are my biggest concern, but I really love my townhouse. The location is phenomenal, and feels safe. I appreciate having my own entrance, spacious rooms, laundry hook ups, and a privacy fence enclosing my patio "yard" for my pets. It has the feel of a "home" and not just a rental unit. I will happily stay here indefinitely if rent increases don't drive me out!

I’ve lived at Indian lookout since 2021 we have Gwynn currently as our property manager and she has been amazing. Maintenance(Tony) has always been quick and friendly. The apartment itself is spacious and the balcony is huge. Overall great place to live the only negative is property/parking lot safety due to neighborhoods around the area nothing to do with Indian lookout itself. Which I have heard they are making security improvements shortly.

I've lived at crown station, a brg community, going on 10+ years and not once have I ever had any issues with management, the property or the community and I'd definitely recommend this place. The location is great, the price is reasonable, the community is nice and the management team are always incredibly friendly and helpful.

My girlfriend and I just signed another year lease here at Revere Village because we are extremely happy. Great location to anything you want. The place is clean and spacious. The bedrooms are giant. Everyone in the leasing office is nice as well as maintenance. If you’re looking for somewhere in Dayton definitely check this complex out.

This is my second time living at The Overlook. The first time was with a roommate for 6.5 years and now I’m back living in a 1-bedroom in a newer building. I have lived at Timber Ridge for about 2 years now. The staff in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance men are fantastic and come do the repairs in a timely manner. Every maintenance request I have put it has been fixed either the day of in put or the following day. The community is wooded and beautiful! The only downside to this complex is thin floors that you hear EVERY drop from your upstairs naighbors.

We've lived in our apartment at Revere Village going on 5 years, and we're so happy with our 3 bedroom townhouse. You can't beat the rent, especially with it being in such a great location. I appreciate that the management is always readily available to help when asked. They're very understanding when it comes to making payments. I love the unit I stay in, but I do wish they had a routine for cleaning the halls in each unit. The unit seems to get a little dirty, but not disgusting. All around, I would definitely recommend this as great place to live.

Blue Ash, OH location Pros: Office management are friendly & helpful, maintenance responds fairly quickly, rent is fairly good for the area, safe area & neighbors Cons: Apartments can be dated in appliances, rent increase every year regardless of how good of a tenant you are and how long you’ve been renting with them, kitchen ventilation is shared with other apartments and isn’t very good. Overall I’m happy to be here. Although I wish they would show appreciation by not raising rent every year.

Maintenance can be slow, but overall a quiet community

Current resident of the colonial village apartments. Maintenance here is horrendous. Service requests take multiple weeks. I have had to put in multiple requests for the same issue and make phone calls to the landlord, emergency maintenance number, and corporate number multiple times just to get an issue resolved. For example, it has currently been more than 2 weeks since the handle broke on the toilet making it so the only way to flush is to reach into the water in the back of the toilet to flush. Maintenance told me, “they’d get around to it.”

I have a Traverse with a lift on it. I parked so we can have room to use the lift over at the rent office area. Some one left me a nice note about where to park. I was upset because it wasn't illegal. Well I shared it wirh with Audra.She came over than and there, did a visual inspection, and immediately she made a special parking spot for us..

They set up autopay, but give no warning when your autopay ends, charge you a late fee, threaten to send you to collections when they do give the notice, and won't revoke the late fee. Awful management to deal with. They also love threatening people with 24 hours or this nonsense...do not respect people's professional lives that may require them to do it in the evening or later.
