The lawn care company they contracted with broke my sump pump discharge pipe several years ago. They sent someone out to replace it but didn't install it properly and they broke it again. I never replaced the pipe I only added a black tube to the end to keep my house from flooding. Every other unit in the association has their's properly installed, buried underground. The other people who live in my building said they don't do anything they need as well. The only people that get their things repaired are the people who are on the board. We all pay condo fees and an assessment every year.…
