CIG Communities reviews
Ongoing communication issues with the leasing office, especially the leasing manager at Aspire at Naples. I’ve been told one thing and experienced changes, lack of follow-through, and unclear responses. Maintenance and vendors have shown up at my door for repairs without proper notice or confirmed scheduling. This is unacceptable and shows poor coordination and communication skills. Residents should not be surprised by unannounced visits. Very frustrating.
They manage my building and it’s a nightmare to deal with as the building is newly dangerous and nasty. They let us go 2 days without internet last week when people here work from home. Thankfully we’re leaving but do better by your residents.
