Craig and Misty were incredibly helpful finding me the perfect apartment. I highly recommend Cincy Rents. It was a great experience!

This rental company is very, very slow to address maintenance issues. And when you call their office the staff is not nice, caring, or able to set realistic expectations. I was told that my plumbing issue (carried over from the previous tenant) would be resolved in a day. A month and a half later they are just now coming to repair the wall that was damaged to fix said plumbing issue. The fact that they don’t employee enough maintenance people should not be my issue as a renter. The one maintenance guy they had out kept saying he wasn’t sure if he was skilled enough to handle things on my …

My issues were not with Cincy Rent, but the owners they represent, KLH Properties. I cannot recommend renting from them in the Prospect Hill area. I had a bathroom shelf falling off the wall due to being hung incorrectly. I reinstalled the shelf and patched the old location. Lesa had the nerve to charge me $700 to fix a couple of holes! Also, Lesa recommended the cleaning company to prep for my departure. After the move out she actually complained about the job they did to me. If you do rent from them, do not expect to see your deposit returned.

My experience with Cincy Rents has been excellent. I rented an apartment with a friend and had to leave before the end of the lease term. Cincy Rents handled the lease transfer process promptly and professionally, making the transition smooth and stress-free.

Rents too high- average 1300+ for dingy one bedrooms with no central AC. These have increased by hundreds even just over the last year.

When I moved to Cincinnati for work Cincy Rents went above and beyond to help me view, apply, and move-in on an accelerated timeline. Following move-in, they were responsive to my questions and requests. Move-out process was equally smooth and easy. Greatly appreciate the people working there - professional, responsive and helpful.

I'm renting an apartment listed by Cincy Rents and managed by the owner. First off, I was able to set up a visit with Craig at a convenient time during the weekend. Misty was helpful both over the phone and email to get the details worked out for the lease and other questions I had, reassuring the landlord about our pet situation, and helping to find the gas meter number. Craig and Misty are awesome! The whole experience so far has been phenomenal. They worked really hard to get me the apartment I wanted and I couldn't be happier! If you are looking for a place that isn't Ina boring complex call these guys! You won't be sorry!
